Our Programs

Care that goes beyond the medical.

We believe in supporting the whole person and the whole family — through grief, through loss, and through every stage of the journey.

For children and teens navigating loss.

Heartstone Youth Grief

Heartstone is a group for grieving children and adolescents. Through creative crafts, art, and storytelling, children process the grief and death experience in a safe, nurturing environment. Parents stay in the building and meet in a separate area to share and support one another.

Grief & Loss Support Groups

Fulfilling meaningful wishes.

3 Wishes Program

The 3 Wishes Program is a compassionate initiative that honors the dignity of dying patients by fulfilling meaningful wishes — whether that's a special visit from a loved one, a cherished experience, or a simple comfort that brings joy in the final days of life.

A patient who grew up around horses got one last chance to lead a horse around — a lifelong love fulfilled.
A patient and his volunteer grew close, so they went to see the new Superman movie together, had dinner, and wore matching shirts.
A patient had been working on an animated movie for his daughter — "Golden: A Rumpelstiltskin Tale" — and we helped make that dream a reality.
We've made fishing trips, hockey games, and reunions happen — even helping loved ones get home from out-of-town trips.
